On Wednesday, Nov. 12, the Delaware Department of Labor’s Division of Paid Leave will host a webinar for Delaware employees to learn more about the Delaware Paid Leave program.
The webinar will answer the following questions, as well as allow time at the end for a Q&A session:
- What is Delaware Paid Leave, and why is it needed?
- What are the different types of paid leave?
- Which Delaware employers and employees have access to the program?
- How do you file a claim?
After two years of educating Delaware employers about the program, it’s time for employees to learn what to expect in January 2026. Please share the webinar details with your employees and encourage them to join. Additional information can be found at de.gov/paidleave.
