Deborah Janocha has been in the gift industry for 43 years. Her wealth of experiences includes managing and buying for retail stores, working as a manufacturer sales representative for 26 companies servicing 400 retail businesses, and owning her own corporation Guinevere Associates for 25 years.

Early in her career, Deborah increased a retail shop's sales from $300,000 to $1 million in just one year, with strong emphasis on sales and marketing. Deborah has managed the Eastern Pennsylvania Region for the past 35 years in the wholesale gift business. In 1997, she took over William Becker Associates (renamed Guinevere Associates) and grossed $8 million in the second year of business in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Deborah mentors & coaches businesses to be successful at the wholesale and retail level. Deborah has won the Lifetime Achievement “Million Dollar Club” Award 17 years in a row and numerous Sales Representatives of the Year Awards.
