Office Manager - Delaware- Part time

Position Summary: University of the People (UoPeople) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support day-to-day administrative operations at its Delaware office. This role requires a minimum of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and involves close collaboration with internal teams across the University. Reporting To: VP – Finance Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming admissions transcripts, HR documents, and general office mail Support graduation document processing and official attestations (Notary, Apostille, Federal) Provide administrative and general office support to staff as required Assist with employee laptop logistics, including shipping, tracking, and repairs Handle scanning, uploading, shipping, and tracking of sensitive documents Provide telephone and voicemail support when needed Ensure compliance with state notary regulations when affixing notary seals and signatures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required Minimum 3+ years of experience in office management or administration Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, reporting) Experience handling confidential and sensitive information Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills Experience in an academic or university environment is an advantage CRM system experience is a plus Key Competencies: Tech-savvy and comfortable with office systems and tools Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and remotely with international teams Strong prioritization and critical-thinking skills Passion for higher education and mission-driven work
